Suggested Use

It’s fairly effective. Much better before heartburn hits than after. The main reason I use it is because unlike Omeprazole, it allows my calcium to be absorbed and the difference is huge. I took the exact same calcium and Omeprazole and lost bone density. With heartburn Tx, I increased bone density 11.1% in lumbar spine and 8.4% in hip.

I have been using the product now for over a month, and find it is helpful. It is easy to consume, and the scoop inside the jar is perfect to dispense the right dosage. No issues with the product at all. The only challenge is when the product is near the end of a jar, and getting the last amount out can be hard. Also wish it would come in different sizes, as I would buy a larger quantity jar than the only size currently offered.
