The HealthQuest database is
designed to guide you through a comprehensive, informational database
with ease and efficiency. The database includes reference information on
a wide range of health concerns, nutrients, vitamins, minerals and
herbals, and comprehensive details on drug-nutrient interactions. It
also contains details of many wellness-related topics, such as certain
diets, self-tests and guidelines, and a comprehensive set of many fact
sheets which can be given to patients. The database allows the
practitioner to add notes to specific entries in the database, to record
an abstract for a relevant research paper, for instance, or to pass on
specific advice to a patient.
All of these aspects of the database allow you to print relevant items
for the practitioner's use and for distribution to patients. These
printed reports can be customized so that unnecessary detail can be
suppressed and also so that notes specific to an individual patient can
be entered and merged into a combined report.
The database also contains a comprehensive set of online heath-related
questionnaires which can be analyzed automatically to generate a
graphical report which can be used as the basis for further patient
diagnosis and guidance. These can be used to help evaluate patient
health, with completed questionnaire responses being stored in database
for subsequent analysis and refinement. You may not have years of
training in nutrition but this sure helps!
The database contains so much information that it is important to be
able to find relevant items quickly. The Search facility comes to your
aid by showing all references to you term of interest, including not
only the name of the topic but also the section and the sub-section
where the match was found. This allows you to "drill-down' to the
most appropriate match with the minimum of delay.
The HealthQuest database helps you to navigate your way through a mass
of nutritional information and to pass on guidance to your patients in a
professional and efficient manner.
