I've been taking this multivitamins for over a decade after my naturopath recommended it and think it's great. I have no problems with it, I digest it well, and it supplies high numbers of nutrients that I need. It is more expensive than other multivitamins, but I believe it is a better made product so I'm willing (and thankfully able) to afford that luxury right now.
