Vital Nutrients guarantees the quality of products. If you receive a package that has been damaged, please save the package and call Customer Care to report the damage. Returns may be accepted due to quality related issues after an evaluation from our Quality Assurance Manager. Items being returned for other reasons must be unopened, returned within 30 days and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. ALL returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please call Customer Care for a RAN. Due to Quality Assurance requirements, returns directly from patients are not accepted.
